U3A invite you to ‘Musical Extravaganza’

Join the U3A, ‘University of the Third Age’, on Tuesday 8 January at 11 am (refreshments from 10.15 am) in the Holmes Memorial Hall, Charlotte Street Ballymoney. 

Karen Marsden-Orr, who is the daughter of former radio presenter Derek Marsden, is a classically trained soprano and is well known around Northern Ireland for her work with downtown radio and singing at various events.

Joining Karen is David Martin, who lives in Glengormley and teaches piano to private students and an accomplished musician in his own right, will accompany Karen and also perform some piano solos himself.

Also preforming will be Lorna Watton, (ballymoney U3A) a very talented musician and Karen Diamon joined by ‘ Singing for Health choir’, a community group whose aim is to improve their health through singing.

Come along , and  experience these wonderfully talented performers, and see if Ballymoney U3A has anything to offer you.  The only criteria for membership is that your retired or semi-retired.
